The pulldown-row combo for a big back

by Jose

This is a new move that I use in my BACK workouts a lot. It’s a combination of a pulldown and a modified row.

Start in a normal close-grip pulldown with a manageable weight(U may need a V-grip handle). Sit with torso upright and arch your back. Start pulling the handle down to the middle of the chest. Stay in this position & slowly lean back so that your torso is almost parallel to the floor(This is the equivalent of a row). Return to the starting position by slowly raising your arms and torso up simultaneously.

That’s one rep. Do 3-4 sets of 8-10 reps, make this your first exercise in your workout. Thank mensfitness for this new move.
