A Must Have Item For Your Home Gym!

Basement Gym

This is the final stop for my home gym. My first home gym was in the lower level of my home; the second location was in my garage, and now we moved to a new house and the gym is in the basement.

The new house we moved into has a finished basement and where my basement gym is now used to be a space the old owner was using as an office space with four cubicles. My gym fit perfect there.

Now moving is a royal pain in the ass, especially when I have lived in my old house for 20 years, enough time for lots of accumulation.

We had to hire professional movers and they wanted an extra $1000 to move my gym! Forget it!

Myself, 3 family members and two friends moved all the machines and over 3000lbs of weight ourselves using two pickup trucks and a uhaul trailer. WHAT A WORKOUT!
