Attention women: You have been scammed! Mass marketers have conditioned you to believe that you need specific womens workout routines (cardio, cardio and more cardio did I mention cardio?) along with special female diets in order to lose weight.
We both know there is no shortage of ludicrous crash diet solutions, bogus fat-burner pills, exercise gizmos, acai berry scams and stupid colon cleanses flying off the shelves being sold to desperate and uneducated people - despite being downright frauds, ineffective and damaging to your health.
Truth is you need to add lean muscle. Lean muscle will help you lose weight even when you are at rest! Strength training is vital to stimulating your metabolism and adding lean muscle will allow you to burn fat not just during the hours you spend exercising at the gym, but around the clock.
To get lean muscle you need to lift weights, and no you wont bulk up like us guys because you have different hormones than us.
So please stop training like a girl!
