Dear Fellow Fitness Fanatic,
Exercise, specifically weight lifting, is truly the only fountain of youth. I've been lifting on and off since the age of 16, but still found myself weighing 193lbs (@ 5' 7" tall) at the age of 42.
Over the last three years of consistently exercising 3-4 times a week, I've slowly melted the pounds away, and now I'm 5 pounds away from losing 30! Not earth shattering numbers, but I'm happy and others notice.
Weight lifting, cardio and a low carb diet helped melt the pounds away slowly. In these three years I've researched bodybuilding routines, equipment, diets & nutrition, books and countless web sites dedicated to health and fitness.
This web site is a central point for all of this research. Every product recommended I have tried, owned, sold or just plain researched until I couldn't see straight.
My intention for this web site is for it to be a world wide web portal for the home gym user, an online health club, a community for the home exerciser.

Weights/Bar/bench/clamps/safety bars,etc! Everything is included and is In VERY good condition! About 300lbs of weight along with a adjustable/removable
