1. I dug this out of an old mag. For dumbbell flyes, to get a full contraction at the top, bend your hand so that your wrists are as close as possible, if not touching.
2. If you don?t have a spotter to do negatives, use the cable machine. Do one side at a time. Pick a weight that you need two hands to use.
Get the pec and arm in the contracted horizontal position then use only the working arm to hold the weight. It should be heavy enough that you won?t be able to hold the contraction.
