Easy way to do one leg body weight squats

Can you do one-leg, body weight squats, all the way down until your glute is touching your calf?

If you can, you are a strong Mo-Fo! If you can’t, start this way…..sit on a bench with your working leg bent, and the other straight, then push your self up.

When this gets easy, sit on a box that’s lower than the bench. My ironmaster bench is 18″ high, I have a wooden box that’s 14″ high, and now I can one leg squat without sitting on anything…..now if I can just keep my balance!
