This will hit your core muscles like nothing else!
Lie faceup on the floor or mat with your arms straight and overhead and legs straight and fully extended.
Bring your feet and hands together in one sudden movement so you form a U shape, then come down slowly...try not to bend your knees.
You need to be fully warmed up before doing this exercise, so make this the last exercise in your ab routine
