Chest Training Tip

I've found this one little tip can help correct the feeling of not using you chest enough in the bench press.

It's helped me tremendously improve my form and overall muscle mass and strength.

First, take a small towel and roll it up so that it runs down the length of your back.

Put the towel on the upper part of the bench where you put your back.

Then lie down on the bench and try to wrap your back around the towel while lying down.

This drops your shoulders and helps to stimulate more chest muscle in the exercise.
