Workout Protein Bars

*These bars are very tasty and chewy because of the honey*

-2 cups rolled oats
-1 cup egg whites
-2 scoop ON Choc Whey
-3 tbsp honey
-1 tsp olive oil

1. Mix egg whites and Whey in a big bowl
2. Mix honey and olive oil in the bowl
3. Add the oats and mix it
4. Preheat oven 325 degrees
4. Spray cooking sheet with PAM
5. Add the mixture to the sheet
6. Put in oven for 12 mins
7. Cut into 4 pieces

Use pyrex.....

Don't use a baking sheet, use a Pyrex bowl like in the photo...these are chewy and good!
