Ingredients:
1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
2 cups milk
Stick everything in a blender and blend until the oatmeal can't be seen. It tastes amazing and if you are on a bulk, this is awesome.
Approximately:
800 calories
80g of protein
6g of fiber
fat content depends on peanut butter used
