I've tried many protein powders over the years and have gotten the best result from Ultimate Nutrition ISO 93. Being older I have to watch the cholesterol content which in some powder can be extremely high. UN ISO93 has only 2g of cholesterol per scoop. Plus a single scoop has 30g of protein. After a workout I add some Orange Gatorade powder to my strawberry ISO93, not only does it tastes great but also helps me recover quicker. Then before going to bed I'll have a scoop of Optimum Nutrition 100% Casein to keep me fed slowly throughout the night.
