Sugar/Flour Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

1 Cup Chunky Peanut Butter
1 Cup Splenda - or 24 packets
1 Large Egg


Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees

Mix the Peanut Butter, Splenda and Egg

Roll the mix into 12 balls and then shape with a fork

Bake for 10 minutes or until the centers are no longer moist.


Cookies will only be 4 carbs each.

These are great for the Keto diet.
