Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

Liquid Egg Whites- 1/2 cup
Water- 1/4 Cup
Cinnamon- 1 Tbsp
Vanilla Whey Protein- 1/2 Cup
Oats- 1/4 Cup
Cream of Wheat- 1/4 Cup
Honey- 1 Tbsp

Mix the above ingredients into a batter like normal pancake mix. Cook as usual.

Serve with sugar free syrup.
