2 tbs peanut butter
1 cup fat free light vanilla yogurt
Melt the peanut butter in the microwave, 30 seconds or so.
Pour the melted peanut butter in with the yogurt and mix it up.
Tastes great as a desert and higher in protein and good fats than regular pudding. I think I stole this from Men's Health magazine.
