Peanut Brittle Protein Shake

I like to use chunky peanut butter so it stays chunky (like real peanut brittle)!

Servings
1

Ingredients
8 oz low-fat milk
2 TBS instant sugar-free butterscotch pudding mix (dry)
1 scoop or one serving)vanilla protein powder
1 TBS natural peanut butter (smooth or chunky)

Instructions
Add ingredients in order listed and shake until smooth.

(per serving: 240 cal., 10 g total fat (2.5 g sat. fat), 50 mg chol., 123 mg sodium, 7 g carbo., 10 g sugars, 26 g protein)
