Oreo Cookies and Cream Post Workout Shake

This shake contains fast digesting carbs and moderate protein making this shake perfect for post workout:

Two, 100 calorie packs of Oreo Thin Crisps.

One cup of one percent milk.

One scoop of Optimum Nutrition Vanilla Ice Cream protein powder (or your favorite vanilla protein powder).

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend briefly.

Tastes like cookies and cream and the thin crisps will spike your insulin levels driving the protein into your muscles.

387 calories, 30g protein, 51g carbs, 6 g fat.
