OPTIMUM 2:1:1 Recovery Review

This is the best tasting chocolate recovery shake I have ever had! And, I mix this with water.

Usually to get a shake to taste decent, you have to mix it with milk.

The nutrient mix (2:1) of carbs to protein, with sugar to spike insulin, is right for a post workout drink.

When I don't take this, I am sore the next day.
Good stuff!
