Low fat low sugar ,and easy to digest . Great taste , I use it for a morning shake on my off days as well . Also as a pre and post workout shake . I mix it with L-Glutimine and ON creatine . I mix it with creatine on days after i workout ...kinda as a recovery drink , it works great for me IMO . I dont load up to much on the creatine because i get enough from my pre-workout mix . Anyways back to the subject at hand THE PROTEIN . Ive tried lots of brands , labrada first being and twin labs etc... IMO I have made good gains from it and it has helped me to maintain . I dont use anything but hydro whey , hydro builder ive tried works great , but i like to limit my creatine intake so i opt to mix in my own supps . AWSOME SITE ...
