My Favorite Protein Snacks

DESSERT BEFORE BED

3/4 cup of low fat cottage cheese
1 cup of source strawberry yogurt
1 scoop of EAS Simply Whey Strawberry Flavor
possibly add
1 tbsp of natural peanut butter

Mix it all together it a bowl and eat

Nutritional Info: without peanut butter

260 cals
36.5 grams Protein
21.7 grams Carbs
2.8 grams Fat

Nutritional Info: with peanut butter

360 cals
39.5 grams Protein
24.7 grams Carbs
10.8 grams Fat


TUNA AND FRANKS

1 can of tuna

drain the water and top with Frank's Red Hot Sauce....enjoy
