* - 2 scoops Vanilla Whey Protein
* - 1.5 Cup of Frozen Berries Mix (Strawberries. Raspberries, Blueberries, Blackberries)
* - 4 Tablespoons of fat-Free Yogurt
* - 200ml of Water
* - 25g of Dextrose (Only if consumed Post-Workout)
