One Weight Watchers Smart Ones Mississippi Mud Pie
One cup crushed ice or 6-8 ice cubes
One half cup cold water
Two level scoops of chocolate whey protein powder (use your favorite...I use ON Whey)
In a blender, combine the ice, water, and protein powder. Blend on high until mixed and frothy.
Add the Weight Watchers Pie. Pulse the blender until just mixed, leaving some chunks of the pie.
Makes one serving. 360 calories, 51 grams protein, 29 grams carbs, 4 grams fat, 1 g fiber, 86mg sodium.
