Mass Building Protein Shake

Ingredients:
One cup pineapple juice

One half cup coconut milk

Two scoops strawberry casein protein powder

The pineapple juice contains bromelain which increases protein digestion, and is a good source of slow burning carbs.

Coconut milk is a good source of healthy fat and casein protein is slow digesting making this shake great for in between meals.

Put all ingredient into a blender bottle shaker, and mix well.
