Low Carb Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:
1/4 cup egg beaters
1 scoop protein powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 or 2 packets splenda
1/8th cup water

mix together
pour into frying pan
watch out they cook fast!

makes one pancake

120-150 calories
24-30 grams protein
less than 5 grams carbs
