1/2 Cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese
12 Packets Splenda
4 Egg Whites
5 Tablespoons Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract (Optional)
1/2 Cup Of Canned Pumpkin
Blend all ingredients in a blender for 45 seconds.
With a ladle, pour batter in heated skillet. Flip each pancake once they start to bubble. Top them off with some sugar free maple syrup and You got yourself a great breakfast.
