Four Tropical Protein Shake Recipes

Blueberry Shake
10 oz. Pure water
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1.5 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
4 Packets Splenda or Any Artificial Sweetener

Peaches and Cream
8 oz. pure water
1 ripe peach
1/2 Cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese
4 Packets Splenda
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

Strawberry Delight
10 oz pure water
8 frozen strawberries
1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
4 Packets Splenda
1 scoop Strawberry Protein Powder

Banana Almond Protein Shake
10-14 oz. pure water
1/2 cup raw almonds - Blend with water only Until creamy, You then add...
1/2 large frozen banana
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
4 packets Splenda
