Easy Hard Boiled Eggs
by Barry C
Hard boiled eggs are a really convenient protein source. I usually make 10-12 eggs every Sunday for the upcoming week. You can chop one up and mix it with a can of tuna and one teaspoon of low fat mayo...excellent!
Here is the best way to make hard boiled eggs so the shell can be removed easily.
Bring a big pan of water to a rolling boil. Using a good size spoon, gently drop the eggs into the boiling water one at a time.
Boil for twenty minutes, turn off the flame and let cool.
The egg shell won't crack while cooking using this method, and the shell will remove easily when cooled.
