My main source of protein, and EXTREMELY SIMPLE to make! Take a round cake pan, put 2 frozen or thawed skinless boneless chicken breasts in it with 1 can of low sodium chicken broth. Marinate for 24 hours. 24 hours later, place in oven on 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. (165 degrees internal temp).I do this everyday, sometimes I do 4 chicken breasts. This way you always have moist tasty chicken on the go! Keep in fridge and microwave for 20 secs. I eat them plain! Approx: 40 g. protein each breast! Enjoy!
