Mix 1/2 Cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese With 1/2 Cup Sugar Free/Fat Free Pudding
= 17g Protein and is a good source of calcium.

It tastes like a dessert.

Ive tried pistachio, cheese cake and butter scotch flavored puddings.. they're REALLY good... cheese cake being my 3rd favorite.. try out all different kinds of sugar free/fat free puddings to mix with your low fat cottage cheese..

Low fat cottage cheese tastes WAY better then fat free and it usually only has 1g of fat in it.
