BC's protein pudding

by BC

Finding desserts that are high in protein AND taste good is tough. This one should satisfy most lifters sweet tooth's:

One package of Jell-O reduced calorie, Sugar Free-Fat Free vanilla or chocolate pudding mix.

One and one half cups of skim or whole milk.

One scoop of Optimum Nutrition Whey Vanilla Ice Cream Or Chocolate protein powder.

Pour the milk into a mixing bowl. I use round, plastic gladware containers with a cover for storing in the fridge.

Next add the dry ingredients (pudding mix and protein powder).

Mix until all the powder clumps are gone. Refrigerate for about 10-15 minutes and then chow down!

The whole gladware container of pudding contains about 36 grams of protein, and this is about three servings for me, which means one dessert helping is about 12 grams of protein. Not bad for a dessert!
