Try this Peanut Brittle Protein Shake:

I like to use chunky peanut butter so it stays chunky (like real peanut brittle)!

Prep Time 5 minutes

Servings 1

Ingredients 8 oz low-fat milk 2 TBS instant sugar-free butterscotch pudding mix (dry) 1 scoop or one serving)vanilla protein powder 1 TBS natural peanut butter (smooth or chunky)

Instructions Add ingredients in order listed and shake until smooth.
