High Protein Bacon Wrapped Chicken Tenders
Five chicken breast tenders (or thin, boneless-skinless chicken breasts cut in half)
Five slices extra lean turkey bacon
Pre heat oven to 400 degrees F and spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Wrap chicken with one turkey bacon strip and place on baking sheet with the ends of the bacon under the chicken.
Bake for 15 minutes, turning the tenders half way through.
Move the baking sheet to the top rack (or broiler depending upon your oven) and broil for 3-4 minutes to crisp bacon.
Make sure internal temperature of chicken is at least 165 degrees.
Serve with mustard for dipping.
Perfect finger food while watching football.
